STEPS : 

-Install IDM  

-Disable antivirus before extracting and apply patch (Important).

-Open Fix - IDM Folder and Extract Patch Folder.

-Open IDM.v6.xx.release.3-patch.exe and Browser the Path

 -Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Download Manager  

-Copy and paste "idmBroker.exe" into the same directory.

-Delete "IDMGrHlp.exe".

-Rename "idmBroker2.exe" to "IDMGrHlp.exe".

- Editing "Hosts" File to block IDM updates:

-Open Notepad" Run as administrator".

-Copy and Paste "Hosts" to "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\"
